🛍️ Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

At Kiltra Music Shop, we aim to provide clear and fair purchase terms for all customers.

Pre-Orders and Custom Orders

If you place a pre-order or custom order, full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of purchase.
Cancellations for pre-orders or custom items must be made within 24 hours of ordering. After this period, we may have already begun processing or ordering materials, and cancellation may no longer be possible.

Custom or personalised products (including items made or ordered specifically for you) cannot be cancelled or returned once production has begun, except in cases of damage or defect.

Subscriptions (if applicable)

If we offer any subscription products or recurring billing in future, you will be able to manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us directly at info@kiltraschoolofmusic.ie.

General Cancellation Requests

If you wish to cancel an order before it has shipped, please email info@kiltraschoolofmusic.ie as soon as possible.
If your order has already been dispatched, you can still request a return according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
