We make every effort to display accurate product descriptions, images, and prices.
However, colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on your screen settings or instrument variations.
All instruments are quality-checked before dispatch and, where stated, are teacher-set up and tuned by our Kiltra Music School staff.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse sales to anyone at our discretion.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are shown in Euro (€) by default and include VAT where applicable.
We also support GBP for UK customers and selected EU currencies.

Accepted payment methods include:

Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders are always honoured at the price paid at checkout.

We currently ship to Ireland, the UK, and the EU.
Free shipping is available on Irish orders over €150.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Certain items such as books, sheet music, digital downloads, and gift cards are non-returnable.
