We deliver across Ireland, the UK, and the EU from our shop and workshop in Wellingtonbridge, Co. Wexford, Ireland.
All orders are packed and checked by our team at Kiltra Music Shop before dispatch.

2. Delivery Times

• Ireland: 2–5 business days (shipped with An Post)

• UK: 7–10 business days (shipped with An Post)

• EU: 7–14 business days (shipped with UPS)

Please note that delivery times are estimated and may vary during busy seasons or due to courier delays.

3. Shipping Costs

• Free standard shipping on all Irish orders over €150.

• Orders under €150 are charged at checkout based on weight and destination.

• Shipping rates for UK and EU orders are calculated automatically at checkout.

4. Order Processing

Orders are usually prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is shipped, including a tracking number if available.

5. Local Collection

You can choose “Pickup at Kiltra School of Music” during checkout.
Pickup orders are usually ready within 24 hours. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection.

6. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately at info@kiltraschoolofmusic.ie with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We’ll work with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.

7. International Shipping Notes

We currently ship to selected EU countries.
If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us directly — we may be able to arrange delivery manually.
Customs or import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
